Terms and conditions
There aren't really that many! I offer a service in good faith: policies include no rip-offs, warts and all descriptions which don't try to hide defects, and not making any money out of p+p. A number of the items sold raise money in part (and sometimes entirely) for Bedford Foodbank and for set-up costs for Bedford Who Charity Con, our annual Doctor Who charity convention.
Please allow four working days for your purchase to be posted. I generally do it more quickly than that!
If you're unhappy with something you've bought, please return it to me for a full refund. You'll need to pay the return postage, though, please. Just occasionally, people have tried to pull a fast one by asking for a refund before returning the stuff, so they can keep hold of it; as a result, I have to have the item back before I can issue a refund. Sorry about that. Dishonesty of a few penalises the many!
If the post office manages to lose something or eat it or similar, please let me know. Very little is lost in the post but it does occasionally happen. We can sort out a refund if this happens.
I aim to provide a friendly and efficient service; feedback from my eBay shop seems to suggest I manage this!
Nothing much else to say except that, like everything else in this country, we're subject to the laws of the United Kingdom.
